Scheme terms.

The important bits, kept short.

The £250 Amazon.co.uk gift card is sent only once your friend's installation is completed and paid in full.
Your friend must name you when they first get in touch (or you send their details using this form). We can't add a referral after they've already made an enquiry.
Your friend must be a homeowner (or have the homeowner's permission) in an area we cover, and not already be in touch with us about a quote.
One reward per new installation. There's no limit: you can refer as many friends as you like.
The scheme covers Solar PV and Battery Storage installations only. EV charger-only installations don't qualify, and your friend's order must be at least £6,000.
The £250 discount comes off your friend's installation price and can't be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Gift cards are sent by email 30 days after your friend's installation is completed and paid for in full. A referral stays valid for as long as your friend has a live quote with us.
Rewards have no cash alternative. Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this scheme.
We may change or end the scheme at any time without notice. Referrals already sent in before a change will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time.

Questions about referring.

Do I have to be a Hybrid Energy customer to refer someone?

Yes. The scheme is only open to existing Hybrid Energy customers, people who have already had a system installed by us.

When will I get my voucher?

We email your £250 Amazon.co.uk gift card 30 days after your friend's installation is completed and paid for in full.

How does my friend get their £250 off?

We take it off their quotation, so the price they agree to already includes the £250 discount. They just need to mention your name when they first get in touch.

Will you hassle my friend?

No. We're "Solar without Salespeople". We'll make one friendly call or email. If they're not interested, that's the end of it.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, as many as you like. There's no limit. You'll get a £250 voucher for every friend who goes ahead and has their installation completed.

Which installations qualify?

Solar PV and Battery Storage installations with a minimum value of £6,000 only.

Can my friend use the £250 with another offer?

No. The £250 referral discount can't be combined with any other offer or promotion.

What if my friend has already contacted you?

We can only count a referral if your friend names you when they first get in touch. If they've already started a quote, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

What happens to my friend's details?

We never sell them. See our privacy policy for more information.
